Byron has worked in Talent and Learning for 19 years with experience in global learning strategy, workforce transformation, change leadership, performance strategies, org development, and others.

Currently, he looks after Learning Strategy and Communications for PepsiCo University. His tasks involve building an active culture of learning and teaching at PepsiCo, giving resources everything they need to succeed, offering professional development that is easy to access and consume while creating an agile work environment. In previous PEP roles, Byron has led functional colleges, drove performance management processes, and enabled global change activites.

Prior to PepsiCo, he worked for Accenture in the Human Performance organization where he led large scale projects to deliver blended learning solutions, strategic planning, workforce analytics, and business readiness. He has presented at industry conferences on exciting HR topics and published a book chapter on Learning as a Critical Component of Organization Development. Over the weekend, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, participating in college sports, or having a good time with friends.
