ScholarStor provides the following methods of access control:
The platform empowers users across multiple business models including:
ScholarStor assigns a DOI, or Digital Object Identifier, to any type of content, including blogs, news articles, videos, images, and interactive data visualizations. These Digital Objects can then be tagged, searched, targeted, discounted, promoted, bundled, and sold as easily as traditional content types like journal articles.
ScholarStor also supports various methods for pricing content. Discount coupons/tokens can be created for distribution during promotional events, and differential pricing can be used based on order history and demographics.
ScholarStor also offers off-page optimization techniques like blog and forum commenting, social media posting and sitemap submission to major search engines.
Social media will be streamlined as it creates social messages and schedules at the same time as creating and publishing original content. The titles, descriptions, and tags synced, and duplicated messages are avoided. There is also social media integration with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
The technology partnership with Adobe provides Digital Rights Management Services.
