Mr. Rahul Arora is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director of MPS Limited. An authentic and hands-on leader, he takes pride in shaping the agility that lets MPS adapt quickly to fast-changing markets.

Under his leadership, MPS has transformed from an India-based content services provider into a global, AI-first leader in learning and knowledge platform solutions. MPS today is powered by over 3,200 professionals across five delivery centers in India, three European subsidiaries, and multiple cities across North America.

Mr. Arora joined MPS in Noida, India, in August 2012 as Chief Marketing Officer, tasked with leading the company’s growth. In early 2013 he relocated to the United States to establish MPS North America LLC and lead the company’s first wave of acquisitions between 2013 and 2015. Following the successful integration and growth of those assets, the Board of Directors appointed him Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director to drive the diversification agenda.

Between 2015 and 2020, Mr. Arora led MPS through a defining diversification phase, acquiring marquee businesses including HighWire Press, founded at Stanford University, and TIS, a division established in 1990 within one of India’s largest conglomerates. Much of MPS’ story in this period was inorganic, and each acquisition was integrated to unlock lasting strategic and operational advantage.

Mr. Arora now leads MPS’ building-scale agenda. Five levers power the company’s growth strategy: leading with a market-based approach, scaling STAR accounts, winning new customer logos through compelling marketing, developing new capabilities, and acquiring growing assets that add to the momentum.

Mr. Arora holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with concentrations in Economics and Entrepreneurship, from Babson College (Class of 2007). In 2011 he completed the full-time residential Post Graduate Program in Management, with majors in Marketing and Strategy, at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2017, and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School, where he was part of its 60th class.
