Creating a Rewarding Educational Publishing Collaboration

Creating a Rewarding Educational Publishing Collaboration

How does your design staff typically work with vendor creative teams? Many times, the, coordination between clients, content design, and design teams can prove quite challenging. At MPS, we see ourselves as an extension of your team, and we are truly invested in your projects. Based on our years of thoughtfully designing for educational publishers, we are able to overcome project complexities and quickly provide design direction. Using a holistic approach toward the design process and incorporating the latest trends in the industry, MPS blurs the lines between the vendor/supplier and the client.

In a recent engagement, the MPS Creative Studio Team developed seamless workflows, quickly adapted to changes, and developed strong trustworthy relationships with the client team. Consistent and productive content/creative meetings were the keys to success. Content Development and Creative team members worked as one team to brainstorm ideas, remove any roadblocks, and achieve desired results.

Collaboration between the design teams allowed for a seamless workflow and process. This allowed MPS to function as the design lead and effectively manage the project as a single entity, combining both the client and MPS design teams. MPS incorporates collaboration tools throughout projects to improve the degree of integration between the teams, such as quick responses, screen shares and video chats to pool and explore ideas about:

  • prototypes
  • layouts
  • design implementation
  • photo research
  • digital product UI/UX direction and development

MPS has a shared commitment toward your design success. Our Creative Studio Team is driven by the singular purpose of partnering with you to develop your market-leading products. We treat each client’s vision with respect and provide the support they need to produce exceptional outcomes.
